Kory Langhofer, counsel to Trump for America (TFA), has announced that he believes Special Counsel Robert Mueller's office illegally obtained access to tens of thousands of emails. His letter says that the investigation “unlawfully produc[ing] TFA’s private materials, including privileged communications, to the Special Counsel’s Office,” and these included thousands of emails.
Is this true? Is there any way to find out? And if it is, what trust can we hold in Mueller's investigation.
We know that members of Mueller's team have a huge anti-Trump bias. Peter Strzok has already been “moved” and he was even the official who edited out “grossly negligent” from the report James Comey presented on Hillary's “crimes.”
The investigative authorities in this country have gone too far. Mueller's investigation has not been given enough boundaries or scopes. He is out of control and seems determined to bring down the administration without following the very law they claim to be working within.
A huge investigation does need to take place, but perhaps we should be looking at the other side.
