Yesterday, a group of three women held a press conference to accuse President Trump of sexual misconduct and ask that an investigation be launched into him. But all is not what it seems. The women have just taken part in a film made by a group that receives funds from MoveOn.org and the George Soros Open Society Foundation. Is this political attack being directed by anti-Trump forces? It certainly looks like it.
“I ask Congress to put aside their party affiliations and ask that they investigate Trump’s history of sexual misconduct,” Rachel Crooks, one of the accusers said. “If they were willing to investigate Senator Franken, I think it's only fair that they do the same for Trump.”
On this site, I have spoken before about how Franken is just a pawn being sacrificed to enable the Dems to take a shot at the president…Looks like I was right.
But think about what they are asking us. They are suggesting that with no evidence, years after the events, to try and bring down the president when they are being controlled by high-financed anti_trump groups. Sounds a little suspect to me.
This is coming about because it is a continuation of the unending plot to undermine democracy. First, it was Russia, which has led nowhere, now it is allegations without evidence. And Trump will weather this storm as well. It won't remove him from office, but it will help the Dems in 2018, and this is the goal: to get control of the both Houses and block every single move the president makes.
