The major uproar from the entirety of the MSM yesterday was deafening. When President Trump apparently called certain countries “Sh****les,” the globe was infuriated…Or were they?
Two points. The first being that the people who are fleeing these Wartorn nations would likely agree with Trump. Why else would they become “refugees” in the Us? And the second being that perhaps he didn't say it AT ALL!
Republican Sens. Tom Cotton and David Perdue, were both in the room when the president apparently said these things, and they deny it actually happened. Trump himself denies using them.
“We do not recall the President saying these comments specifically but what he did call out was the imbalance in our current immigration system, which does not protect American workers and our national interest,” they said in a statement.
In fact, the only person who is saying that he did this was Dick Durbin. Who was quick to do a very public statement and revel in the attention.
“The language used by me at the DACA meeting was tough, but this was not the language used,” Trump said. “What was really tough was the outlandish proposal made – a big setback for DACA!”
Is this just another lie to try and cause issues for Americans (and of course the president)?
